The MicroTherma 3 microprocessor thermometer measures temperature over the range of -200 to 1372 °C with a 0.1 °C resolution. Each thermometer incorporates an easy to read, 4½-digit dual LCD display with open circuit, low battery and hold indication.

The thermometer should never need re-calibrating as the microprocessor enables the instrument to automatically carry out self-diagnostic re-calibration.

Each MicroTherma 3 incorporates an auto-power off facility that maximises battery life, turning the instrument off automatically after thirty minutes..
